Ability to change colors and sizes of stocks and processes and flows. #24

It would be useful if color and size could have added meaning for a process, stock, or flow. Also, the ability to add a legend to the system map to define what these colors mean. Size could be used to create emphasis.

At least the "size" part of this is actually pretty easy, and we should schedule it for sometime soon(ish) -- maybe after the first few bugs. Even the color part may be feasible.
