Custom Fields not copied from form to membership anymore #5

Details (custom fields) for the membership are not added to the the CiviCRM Membership record anymore.

Completing the signup form gives the user the following messages (in addition to the normal confirmation of the signup):

Notice: Undefined index: contributionID in sogintegration_saveDirectDebit() (line 79 of /var/www/studieren-ohne-grenzen.org/civicrm/sites/all/modules/sogintegration/sogintegration.module). Notice: Undefined index: membershipID in sogintegration_saveDirectDebit() (line 80 of /var/www/studieren-ohne-grenzen.org/civicrm/sites/all/modules/sogintegration/sogintegration.module).
