When viewing an Event (veranstaltungen) other events will be suggested in the right side bar (see picture attached below).

Desire
Old and upcoming events should be seperated by a headline <h3> and <hr>. First upcoming ones and then old ones.
If there are no upcoming events no_content_card function should be used.
