Add documentation to the wiki #140

Sadly I'm not able to edit the wiki. Here's a guide on how to add wiki to the repo and make it able to do PR's to it: https://www.growingwiththeweb.com/2016/07/enabling-pull-requests-on-github-wikis.html

Maybe that's a step to go?

I added documentation to the wiki of my fork: https://github.com/Uatschitchun/quartiersplattform/wiki

You're able to clone the wiki with: git clone https://github.com/Uatschitchun/quartiersplattform.wiki.git

So it's easy to add it to this repo's project.

Included are the Installationsleitfaden in english & german (see: https://github.com/studio-arrenberg/quartiersplattform/pull/139) and a nice side-menu

Hi Roman!

Thanks for all your issues 👍 Will look into it as soon as I have time!

Thanks for creating the documentation. Paul and me are thinking about moving the documentation to Notion, there its easier to style it and we can use comments there to improve it. What do you think about it?

We will add your Installationsleitfaden! ☺️

Hi Roman, @Uatschitchun.

was hälst du davon, wenn ich den auf Notion stelle? Ich könnte mir denken, dass dies für viele einfacher zu überblicken ist. Zusätzlich könnten man da zusammen dran arbeiten.

@j0hannr kenne Notion (noch) nicht. Hätte als Alternative https://readthedocs.org/ vorgeschlagen. Bin aber mit allem einverstanden :-)
