Adding a new Projekt and changing the icon does not allow adding a picture afterwards

Steps to reproduce:

• Add a new project
• Change default icon (smiley) to something different
• Save Projekt
• Edit the Projekt and add a picture as logo
• Save Projekt

Result: The icon is still persisting and logo image does not appear

Solution: Needs admin rights to change logo to image in Projekt
