The savior disk should give the player the ability to revive dead characters

Description With the savior disk activated, it should be possible to revive all dead NPCs to zombies at once. This could have a cooldown of ~5 minutes (average level length) to encourage the player to only use this ability when they've already killed a ton of enemies.
