Very small PR that addresses the Vector CRB

Changes:

Changed the sounds as the Vector CRB is not suppressed; what is seen is an extended barrel, not a suppressor
Brought down the rotational recoil as the Vector is designed to mitigate this to an extent
Tiny changes to Hold Points, Casing Ejection Port and Barrel End Point values
