Destructible Springs #1103

Title should be pretty self explanatory, just a variant of the two types of springs in the game, but destructible.

Please use the template, also there's already a mod for this - and sure, it'd be nicer if it were a vanilla feature but the mod does exactly the thing that is requested here so I don't see a solid-enough reason here. Nonetheless, I still agree to add this in the game for accessibility towards newer users.
