Add a "set throttle" option for thrusters, propellers and wheels.

Feature description A "Set throttle" option on thrusters, propellers, and wheels, to input the power that is gonna output.

Feature purpose Less struggle with managing the right amount of power to prevent destruction.

Additional context This is a good feature by itself, but adding more components, say the wheel, could expand more than just setting a throttle if we had a fuel tank, engine, etc.

I'm aware of powering components with generators and that it greatly enhances the output, but it's way too inaccurate and unpredictable.
