A deployable Parachute #1198

Feature description A new Item. It would be rectangular, white, and roughly the size of a human torso. On 1st activation, it would deploy a parachute that would slow an object down (vertically and horizontally). On 2nd activation, it would cut the parachute (the parachute part would disappear). The parachute would appear going in the opposite direction of motion (like how regular parachutes look)

Feature purpose Parachutes have many applications such as ejector seats, war reenactments (Paratroopers), rocketry, and more. The purpose would be to slow an object down to a safe speed (more than 1 may be needed if the object is heavy enough). Most parachute contraptions use Dampening boxes, which are not that powerful. This Parachute however, is meant to be compact and powerful.

Additional context I was inspired by the Parachutes in the game, Kerbal Space Program.

Technically a duplicate of #883 but this request is way more informative and #883 was never rejected so,,, nice request! (I guess)

This is exactly what we need! I was struggling making a parachute with wings but it would just tear apart the plane because they generate lift when they are not supposed too. Great request!
