Spawnable Substructure Vent #1215

Feature description The vent covers in substructure map, but you can spawn it from in the misc section.

Feature purpose It would help in building contraptions, such as bases or ships. Not much else, just decorational.

Additional context The rod technically can be used for something exactly like this, just having the vent look is nice to have.

Yeah but having it vanilla also wouldn't be bad, I guess.

Considering the showers are retextured bricks,,, probably.
