Mod Playlists/Modpack

Feature description A new mechanic accesable in the game and in steam itself

Feature purpose This would make mod managing easier for players because they would have specific modpacks for "fun" and "creating'

Additional context i thought of this because swapping, enabling, and turning off specific mods would be a hassle and can be easily fixed by adding playlists, (it would look something like minecraft modpacks being downloadable and creatable by anyone)

Actually, I use an alternative method where I just switch the externalactivities file which contains all of the mods that are enabled, maybe if this were to be implemented as an in-game thing...
