wouldnt this be confusing for players? I can imagine hundreds of posts going "why my guys arm not workings? у меня повреждение мозга"
itd be cool though... to have humans be fragile in more diverse ways
well children will always be confused by the bright red text saying exactly what's wrong with their guy, but it could be left off by default although that would make children be confused about why a cool feature is optional, children are bad
this is good feature it should be in game

late response, but a simple solution would probably just be probably making consciousness have a lower "value" in the inspect area as a sign for it. (along with the respected labeled symptoms) The clues could also be visual (ofc) ~ twitching, convulsing, difficulty moving after a head injury could be a apparent visual clue, with this some sort of "comatose" feature (mentioned in the post)~ could be added, the person is "dead", but the body isn't, this opens up quite a lot of possibilities, and I'd be happy to see it implemented in some fashion.

Maybe just make an option in settings, with a extremely clear description of what it does and not to be confused with it. Oh and turned off by default.
I'm not in favour of adding settings just because some players want a thing or vice versa. This reasoning will result in an infinitely long settings menu. This could be solved by making settings searchable, though. That way I can add thousands of settings that allow the player to configure their game just the way they want, without sacrificing ease-of-use in the menus. Sorry for being slightly off-topic here.

Overcomplicating the game will just add more clutter as I've said before, does Garry's mod have a million options for everything in the game? no, that's what mods are for, the game acts as a base for a vast expansive of user created content, while having tons of tools already at your disposal for people who just wanna play the vanilla game.
Feature description in the event that a human receives massive head trauma, they become disabled in some way(coma, one or more limbs become paralyzed, muscle tremors, etc)
Feature purpose being shot in the head and just waking up with full brain function is extremely unlikely
Additional context horrible mock-up I made
