Twiching when shot in the Head #1492

Twiching of the body when shot in the Head A Mechanic that the body of a Human twiches a little bit when got shot in the head. Like the last mustle memory or smth like that.

It adds a bit if variety it gives a bit of variety and realism to this game in my opinion. It also doesn't have to happen all the time and doesn't have to be that extreme. But i think it is a nice little feature.
