I have tried hanging humans upside down with ropes to see if anything would happen to them like blood rushing to their brains, but nothing happened and the human was just doing fine after a long enough time.
My recommendation would be blood rushing to the different body parts of the human and harming them depending on the humans' orientation (if they are upside down) or gravity (if the gravity is too high, all the blood will rush to the legs with leaving the head and torso out of blood).
