Stamina For Living Things #1767

Feature description Essentially in the general or gore settings there should be a thing that toggles living entities stamina, and maybe a slider that can determine how much they have. The stamina of a person determines how much they are able to "do things", whether they are thrashing in the water, walking, or healing wounds, there should be some sort of energy cost. So my idea is a bar that is visible in the inspect menu, that loses value when they target is "doing something", Thrashing causes it to empty fairly quickly, from full to half in 30 seconds, and past that point they become weaker, and the rate decreases by 50% for every half increment. For walking, it simply stops the filling of the stamina bar if it is depleted in any way. If they are idle, then the stamina bar replenishes slowly, going from half to full in 2 minutes. Healing wounds and losing blood also reduces stamina, with healing draining it slowly, and losing blood draining it by 1% for every wound. Things like adrenaline would cause stamina to deplete 1.25x as fast. If stamina is fully depleted, every limb of the creature would go numb, and they will not be able to passively heal for a while.

Feature purpose I was tired of these people being able to thrash at the surface of the water forever, it was highly unrealistic for a game that gets more realistic with every update, so a stamina meter was needed.

Additional context The description for it that I used is the most complex version, feel free to simplify it.

I've wanted this for a while! It's so stupid how humans just thrash forever

Oxygen? That's the closest thing to stamina irl.

Also if the person cannot breath they cannot regen stamina.
