Feature description The Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine should pump faster when powered and increase the BPM.

Feature purpose A very unstable way of helping a human stay alive, could have positive and negative effects. Additional context image

How do you expect this to make a human stronger? Also powering it would probably only increase BPM and potentially Adrenaline.

Sounds like a cool way to explode the heart of a victim. Upon the heart exploding, you'd here a muffled pop sound, sounding as if you popped a water balloon in your mouth.
