Reversible conveyers #2278

Feature description Allow conveyors to be reversed by red activation signals

Feature purpose You could use this for motion, as conveyer belts can be used as tank treads, but the tank will only move forward. I would like conveyor belts to be able to move backwards and forwards, so that any machines using them can be reversible.
