Feature description Flamethrower but it's opposite day, it spews out a cone of a mystery freezing liquid that gives frostbite to its unfortunate victims

Feature purpose We have the heatray and the freezeray, why is there no icethrower to counterpart the flamethrower?

Additional context it's literally a flamethrower but freezing instead of burning

wait i realised oxygen is very combustible and that would ruin the whole point of it being a cold projectile
