EEG Monitor for the brain #2367

Feature description A slightly different-looking heartrate monitor but with multiple scan lines for things like Pain and Consciousness level, connected via blood vessel wire to a body.

Feature purpose We already have a heartrate monitor, so I feel a brain-wave-monitor would be a good addition to the hospital items, especially with the new (-ish) feature of brain simulation with people having the ability to be braindead or brain damaged this item could show a person's brain status in more detail.
