Entities shouldn't catch fire if there is no source of fire lighting them #2489

Open MendedWasTaken opened 1 year ago

MendedWasTaken commented 1 year ago

Feature description

For example, if i heat up a rod, and rub it on a human, they will catch on fire later on if the rod while hot stays on them for a while, the item I heated up is no source of flames at all, and I don't suppose that it makes sense either

Feature purpose

Realism, Humans don't catch fire if a burning hot thing touches them unless the burning hot item is on fire, it doesn't make sense to heat up a human and then light on fire

Additional context

None, as the text above is self explanatory

Touch a hot red metal bar, despite being not on fire it will burn a lot: this happens because metal and humans have different combustion temperatures

If we assume that the humans in game are made out of 100% dry flesh (or just covered in hair), then something very how would light them on fire.
