custom liquid shooter #2573

Feature description

a gun that does nothing on spawn, but when its filled somehow it will shoot that liquid also adding a right click option to toggle if the fluid inside is infinite

Feature purpose

for things like, "acid gun" or better reconstruction gun

*Electrified because for some reason shocking a showerhead makes it spew liquid farther
