Molotov cocktail #313

Feature description Molotov cocktail which does a fiery exploision if it's hit too hard.

Feature purpose Adds a fiery grenade to the game.

Additional context I don't think I can tell anything more about it. If it's not a molotov, just make it an incendiary grenade so we can RP as a tactical squad.

There is actually a molotov cocktail in the game but it's a bit shit. I don't remember why I gave up on it
