Lights bright when saved and loaded/pasted #3202

Describe the bug

I am playing people playground and noticed when something has a light on them, like a detector, and you load/paste it the world, the light on the object is bright and white.

Clearly describe how to reproduce the bug

take something like an detector, copy it, and then paste it.
