make and fully functional chain. #3324

Feature description

i suggest the creation of a chain, not like the rope/chain, but a chain that can wrap around things.

Feature purpose

This addition will let people make things like gates, droping floors, elevators, human split-into-four torture machines and more.

take as example my picture image

Of course my bridge is not functional but i wanted to make you understand my concept better.

Additional context

I think it would be a great idea since I see a lot of videos on YT talking about the chain. I know i can make my own, but its broken and it passes through object

its not usable, the winch only moves in a straight line
