new item. object that lets laser pass through from one side and reflects it from other

No it doesn't. What exists is a mirror that can be turned off. It's a conditional mirror, not one way mirror

You take a glass, a laser and a mirror. Turn on the laser and point it at the mirror, take the glass and in pause mode bring the glass closer to the mirror until the laser starts to pass through it. It is desirable to change the size of the glass and mirror so that they better fit into each other.

You just moved a laser on other side of the mirror. I have other ideas what to do with 1 way mirror other than a shield with laser
