Liquid to Activation transformer

Feature description

A new item/function where if a liquid flows through it, it will send an activation signal. I would imagine something like a liquid tank that would send single/double trigger activation signal if liquid is inside it. Maybe even work like a gate but for liquids, so you can set number it has to reach inside the tank in order for it to send the activation signal.

Feature purpose

Liquid items in game are already connected with activation signals, so activation signals effect the liquids - there should be a simple way to have liquids effect the activation.
