can you make weapon feature adjust option? #3364

Feature description

i want a option that make bullet stop spread, spread value or no recoil , manage recoil value. cause when i am doing sniper play i realise even if the inital inaccuracy is zero there must be a spread even if im using sniper.

Feature purpose

i was trying to solve this with a mods and settings, but i couldn't and if this option get added it could satisfy most of players by there own. i would happy if this feature realeased.

Get Object Editor mod - go under FirearmBehaviour and edit Initial Inaccuracy
