Flesh/skin in game acts like it's white phosphorus' slightly less unstable brother. If a human touches a flame or gets a body part above around 70°C, it bursts into flames and starts burning continuously around 78°C. The flammability should be reduced to something like 400°C, so humans can actually get burns and not explode into a fireball under normal circumstances. Matter of fact, wood in game is more flesh like than flesh, it evens extinguishes itself if flame isn't that hot.
Feature purpose
More realistic and less annoying. Would make gore/torture more creative and have creations with humans (like vehicles, buildings, weaponry...) more realistic.
