Not Shock holder #3390

Feature description

If a human is holding the "StormBaan," pls make it so the holder doesn't get shocked. -_-

Feature purpose

So they can freely use it without killing the Human

Additional context

If that is too hard to code in, put in like a suit which blocks all electricity.
