Logical elements: New counters and randomizer

Counter with 1 number

I will work as a normal counter, but will have 1 number instead of 2 It's very important for me as a logic creator. I must do this number with propagation wire: 65 535 I must break it down into numbers 6 55 35 This is very inconvenient and suboptimal It is much more optimal to break the number like this: 6 5 5 3 5

Letter counter

I know, its counter again. This counter will count English letters instead of numbers. For example 0 = "spase", 1 = "A", 2 = "B", etc. I realy nead it for binar output

Randomizer

And yes, I nead random with system time intead of my randomizer on metronomes

Feature purpose

I make binar logic in People Playground, and I realy nead them. And, I am a top writer of russian tutorials in the wole world, please, Zooi, notice me! I make very big progect - programming language "Brainf*ck" in People Playground, and I realy nead first 2 things
