NPC Shatter Effect When Frozen #3440

Feature description

When an NPC is frozen, its body should adopt the properties of resilient glass. If subjected to a significant impact, the frozen NPC will shatter into pieces.

Feature purpose

To enhance the realism of the gore by adding a visually and mechanically engaging effect for frozen NPCs. This feature will also provide players with more satisfying feedback when working with frozen npc.
