This would be a new item that, as the title says, turns liquid into gas. To be more clear, any liquid that is pumped into the machine will be spouted out the end as a gas. It's sorta similar to the liquid outlet in the way that it will pump out gas regardless of pressure. The gas itself would be similar to the gas a syringe makes when shot, except it'd be constant and only dissipate when the flow is cut off.
Feature purpose
I think that it would be a new way for people to make scenes, contraptions, and just have a new way to torture people. It wouldn't leave a mess behind, so there would be no need to spawn soap or clear debris. For example, this could be useful if you want to make a decoration that affects things around it. The closest thing that exists to it is shooting a syringe, but this is very impractical for making gas, as it dissipates quickly.

This is what it could potentially look like. Although, looking at it now, it kinda looks like a toaster.
