Gas storage and pump systems, like oxygen tanks or ways to pump oxygen

Feature description

A new system with spawnable items, the system being gas transport. There should be 6 new spawnable items such as the gas pump, a machine that pumps gas in around it, A gas storage tank that can store gas, a gas duplicator similar to a liquid duplicator, a gas emitter similar to the shower head, a diving mask that when put on a human properly lets the human breathe underwater if the mask gets oxygen pumped into it, and lastly a gas detector like the liquid detector

There should be a new cable type that is like the liquid conduit but it transports gas instead of liquid. There should also be diving flippers that allow humans to move faster underwater.

Feature purpose

You should implement this because currently in the oceans current state its only for boats and murdering, and it could use a new thing to do with it, I also would like this added because I really love making diving stuff and I love the ocean but the only way to let humans safely dive without drowning is with water breathing serum which just feels like cheating for me. I think a lot of people want this because there are lots of mods that add diving things.

Additional context

If you wanna add some other gasses like Co2 or something to make like carbonated liquids then you could make it so that there's columns of gas types randomly generated in the map that contain different gas types. to make this usable easier you could make the gas detector detect the surrounding gas too when given a red signal
