Modded keybinds triggering when typing #3498

Describe the bug

When you type in a text box, modded keybinds can still trigger when you press them, for example, fast activation, regrowth menu etc.

Clearly describe how to reproduce the bug

  1. download any mod with a keybind
  2. click on a textbox to start typing
  3. press the keybind

i'd argue this is the responsibility of the mod, but i added a safeguard anyway
