Feature purpose
most of the time when a person gets set on fire from something and I select them to put them out it still says ignite. I don't really know why exactly, maybe a certain part of them stopped burning for a second and it wants to set that on fire first? whatever the case is, I think it'd be a lot easier to quickly stop a fire with extinguish by itself.
