When the liquid outlet is given a high electrical charge (industrial generator is sufficient) high-velocity particle collisions do not always transfer liquid. This is especially noticeable when providing charge with a metronome and a transformer, where particle collisions almost never transfer liquid. I find this bug problematic because I think it would be absolutely hilarious to irradiate humans with tritium moving at a fourth of the speed of light, but unfortunately I can only irradiate humans with tritium moving at mach 2.
To reproduce, connect an active industrial generator and a liquid source to a liquid outlet. Find the closest place in the stream that particles collide with the container. The bug should be noticeable for a considerable distance from this point.

Incidentally, when will we get official support for the irresponsible handling of hazardously radioactive solid material? Mods are for goofy nerds.
Collision checking fast moving liquid particles is relatively expensive. I could do accurate collision checking only when the particle is moving at high velocity.
