Sticky wall/tape thing #603

Feature description Sticky wall or something, that can hold two objects together, sorta like a welder from G-Mod, this would allow for sticking, or combining objects or things together without the need for cables, and with that you can move around both objects without cables and such.

Feature purpose This would allow for sticking things together, much like the sticky grenade, without the need for cables.

the difference is probably that you technically don't need to attach objects together manually, so that opens up some new ideas. i'd prefer if the sticky part was toggleable, though there's a mod which does that already
