MP4 Videos in game #903

Feature description

With this mechanic, you can watch MP4 videos, if you create folder "TVVideos" in folder of game

Feature purpose

I request this feature, because JukeBox have feature of custom music, but TV don't

Add feature to watch MP4 Videos through TV.

You could watch MP4 Videos if you make folder "TvVideos" in folder of game and drop in this folder video.

The template literally gets added to the issue when you create it, you're supposed to edit what's there - and not delete everything and write what you want.
