Timer for Grenades #937

Feature description When you are in detail view, if a grenade is activated, a timer will show up that displays the amount of time left before the grenade explodes. The timer would just be text above the grenade.

Feature purpose It's pretty annoying (to me at least), not being able to tell the exact time the grenade goes off. Sometimes when you're trying to get slo-mo shots of a grenade explosion, you have to guess when to start the slo-mo, and usually miss the timing.

Additional context If anyone knows of a mod that does this already it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
