Transfer Repo from luzlab to autodesk bionano #17

Since Drew will be taking the lead on some of the future software development, and this repo should be linked more obviously to Autodesk and the BioNano team, I would like to have this repo moved to the autodesk bionano group.

@dhylbert @luzlab We need to speak with Legal about the license. In the meantime, Carlo will keep the Repo. Let's move forward with updating the branches in issue #10 .

@luzlab We would like the repo transferred to us.

Please transfer the repo to autodesk-bionano

@dhylbert will be taking over a heavy load of development, and we feel that this repo belongs in bionano. I do not want to lose my issues and wikis.

Please let us know the license you want specifically.
