2.0.1 is not on packagist #13

Hello,

It looks like https://packagist.org/packages/studioespresso/craft-date-range is not setup to auto-update. So the newly tagged 2.0.1 is not there.

Oops, thanks for catching that! Looks like the webhook to packagist wasn't set up correctly. Fixed now!
