new 40 second delay? #189

hey all, ive been using this lib for over two years and im seeing some latency issues as of the last couple weeks. i set lights, scenes and even dynamic scenes (outside of this lib, using post requests) e.g. http://XX/api/XttkWoPNl8Hem-XX/sensors/48/state

but as of the past week or two, I'm seeing my bridge take 40 seconds to respond to a command despite the phue or POST requests completing...

very off to me, especially when im re-enabling my halloween doorbell button that integrates with my hue.

let me know if you are experiencing the same issues, i suspect a bridge sw issue seeing as how my post requests dont use phue.

on second thought, looks like a recent addition of a halloween living scene with flashing affect could have been bogging down the bridge…
