Bring accounts-material up to speed #3

This pull request

  1. Updates the package names & imports to get the basic functionality working again.
  2. Updates generated markup & class names to work with newer versions of materialize css.
  3. Includes a example screenshot, replacing the broken gif, fixing #1

Had no chance to test the markup with OAuth yet, so now guarantees for that..
