Add question/answer microdata to accordion block #390

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should look at whether it makes sense to add question/answer microdata to the accordion block. This could be beneficial for semantics and SEO. Not all use cases for the accordion are question/answer though, so we should consider that.
