Enhancement on component size: #106

Enhancement on component size:
* should NOT change when component spans over several holes.
* should be, by default, standard, depending upon power/voltage rating. Maybe a 
"Use custom size" checkbox may be used for customizations.

There's no real standard. For example, xicon 1/2w metal film resistors are 
almost twice the size of some other 1/2w metal film resistor. The same goes for 
caps. The best I can do is put some reasonable value as default and everyone 
can set their own default sizes depending on brands they use.
