Allow for offset on transistors #109

Using Version 3.0.9

Allow a transistor leg to be offset.
(Center leg in this case)
Perhaps a numerical value to be set that tells how many holes the center leg is 
offset from the outer legs
Similar to Trimmer setting of "Type".

I could use this, I often set transistors in a triangular pattern to cater for 
any pinout.
