When I rotate an IC the text doesn't rotate. I guess this is ok for most
situations where you show the component name (IC1, IC2, IC3, ...) but if you
want to show the value (Dual Op Amp, Quad Op Amp) they can easily be too long
to fit inside the body of the IC.
