Click on component in "personal" toolbar sometimes moves it to the leftmost position.

Spend some time clicking and double clicking on buttons in the personalized 
toolbar (recently used components toolbar) and you find that some components 
move to the far left position at the first click and some can be clicked 
without them moving. I'd prefer them to stay fixed at least til I've created 
one of them. Best would be for them not to move if I've used that toolbar to 
select component type, menus and toolbars should ideally not change while the 
user interacts with the application.
