Enable support for ICs with over 32 pins #98

I am working on a design that includes a 6502 microprocessor, which has 40 
pins. It appears that the limit on semiconductor pin counts is 32. This could 
be fixed by increasing the number of pin counts in the combo box, or 
alternatively changing to a spin box.
